investment, portfolio management - request for features.

Hi Guys,
After long search for private desktop based investment, portfolio management software, I did not find good one.
I know moneycontrol and others but the risk is big, there is no privacy. The data can be sold, used for some research.
I am planning some desktop product for personal investment/ trading finance management software. This tool will take care of all your contract notes and do PL.
This will be open source, pluggable framework. This will enable people to add/write own plug-ins / functionality.

All I want to know how many people want it. If you can give me some requirements with priority list, will be of great help.

If you already know that there is some product in system, then please let me know, so I will not spend time.

I am working on features like contract note management.
I am importing contract notes for nifty futures for RKGlobal.
Product is open source, based on Netbeans RCP platform.
Any suggestions, help?
