ODIN data fetching by METASERVER 3.2

Hi friends, I got metaserver but dnt know how to configure it with MS EXCEL SHEET to feed data to tradestation/metastocl? Somewhere I read that ODIN DIET data fetching is possible through new ver of METASERVER 3.2 . can someone please help me to it ????
