Amibroker vs Metastock

Hi Friends, still I have been using Odin Technical Chart for my trading. Now I wish to move for a good technical software like Amibroker, Metastock, Fchart, Advanceget, Tradestation. Cost does not matter here as I think, it is better to pay once. Who have used Amibroker and Metastock both, especially senior ones, can sugget me to go farward.

i suggest tradestation as first choice
metastock with buy/sell signal addon or advance get..as second...
amibroker just an charting software..no addons.

Use Amibroker if you do not had high expectation,

1. It take some features from metastock, and some features from tradestation.
2. It improved better then item 1.
3. It add new features that trader suggested
4. It had open source like from amibroker, wisestocktader, tj site.
5. Because of it flexibility, it make easy and overcome a lot of task metastock difficult to work on and shorten the development time.
6. It is both EOD and realtime platform.
7. Exploration scan can be much better interpretation then mestastock if and only if you know how to to program otherwise it is same as metastock

In the amibroker thread, people keep asking help for free buy/sell plot arrow.
That is the buy/sell addon.

Most system author chosen metastock because they can password locked their software. Metastock buy/sell addon written that you purchased for a fee which you perceived as good quality or good buy/sell performance. But when we open up the script and look into it, it is so simple that can be done easily in amibroker.
Usually the Buy/Sell Addon is not that difficult, sometimes is a replicate of the main indicator but just to show you the arrows.
