portfolio management software

hello everbody... am new to this site as well as to the concept of trading in shares. I am doing some trading everday but do not have any way of keeping track of what i buy and sell except the statement of accounts my broker sends me. I would like to be self sufficent and keep track of my buying,selling as well as my daily profit and loss account and my daily updated portfolio. any help would be greatly appreciated. p.s. preferably if it is a freeware and easily downloadable. thanks in advance

If not mistaken,Equitymaster.com has a portfolio tracker that 's rather good...but not free,think it comes to Rs 300 annually.

if u can make a little effort u can maintain one at http:/ my.*****.com
of course u have to register with *****, painstakingly lookup all ***** symbols for u scrips. it takes time, but it fairly functional and u can track u r investments.
or else there are others on this forum like joy et al who have created a nice excel worksheet for portfolio management

www.nseindia.com you can make a good portfolio here. aso at www.moneycontrol.com. both are free to join. happy tracking

Hello, you can download from http://**********.de/files/17033788/CEMPIB.exe.html. It is old setup. After downloading it, download update from http://finance.groups.*****.com/grou...B_UPDATE 2.exe
It will fulfill your requirement. Beside portfolio management it was also calculates your P&L....Intraday or delivery basis, scriptwise etc.

day by day.
