I have two questions?
1. Is is legal to write software to pull data from nseindia.com every night. If yes, is there any limitations or regulations?
2. Is it legal to write software that does trading automatically without my interruption? Does brokers (like Reliance) have any conditions in their agreements to prevent from this.
