My computer system IDLE process is more!!!!

At present I am running 2 firefox applications (Traderji & 4shared to upload data) ,***** Messenger and IE window still the SYSTEM IDLE PROCESS is showing 95%.Is it common to have such values and any other problem.

Yes. It's normal.
It simply means your CPU ain't working very hard on anything at the moment.
