Software to Scan the entire market in Realtime

Is there a software (or dealer terminal) which has the facility to scan the entire scrips (all in NSE or BSE) with a certain criteria (say, scrips which have increased more than 5% from the previous close OR scrips which has crossed yeterday's high) in realtime?. I would like to run a scan on the entire scrips at 1 PM or 2.30 PM and like that at different points of time in the day and filter only those who pass the criteria. Kindly let me know if searching with this kind of custom made criteria is possible.
Kindly guide me who knows of such a facility anywhere.

Small query - how to use explorations in Amibroker It says buy/sell variable not defined.How to define them ? Do we have to define them for all explorations .I am a bit confused using Amibroker ?
