No. But I have seen it with one of the guys here. He uses it to find his targets. I do not know if it is accurate. That is why I would like the advise of seniors in the forum.
One correction though: It costs more than 1.5 lakh

CMLEE and TRADER_GUY,
It can analyse the entire chart and give you targets. You go to Summary Inspector in the software: you will find the targets. Elwave has both EOD and RT versions. See here :http://www.prognosis.nl/intro.html
