speedtrade error

when i log in my account for my trading with speedtrade
error 10060 comes as unable to connect trading server connection timeed out or refuse today at 5:30 pm
is it only availble in trading hours or what

please help me

this is called surcon period. you cant login during these process. try after half n hour.
