Default Better than Web based terminal

Hi All,

I'm having a trading account with both ICICI and Reliance Money, but there are web based trading applications. These trading applications are not responding when we want to place a order in nick of the time.

Are there any other trading platforms, where we can trade without having any problems (without any delay ) at any time during peak time.

Can any body please suggest me.

Many thanks in advance

i am pretty sure none of such type in this market, they only need your money not the service you wanted they provide.

almost all brokerage servers fail on heavy volumes....they hardly adopt any load balancing techniques in there IT infrastructure.

i wrote many times to customer service ..and even said to hire good server adminstrators and management people ...nothing worked...its all part and parcel in this field of this type.

regards
suba

And this is exactly what India is lacking - the work culture and business ethics. This Industry hasn't made significant leap although good competition should have taken the standard of service higher. But alas, change is not happening rapidly. One,just one big player of excellent customer service for retail traders, with superb online potency and low brokerage WILL CHANGE THESE DAMN RMONEY,SHAREKHAN,ICICIDIRECT RIDICULE.

I think you can try Sharekhan's SpeedTrade, which has an option to download a live streaming software. In fact I never used it, but still a small piece of suggestion. You can know more about it through this link http://www.sharekhan.com/SpeedTrade/

I Am Using Speedtrade & I Can Say Its Not Bad. Sometimes I An Unable To Login Into The Software. But This Does'nt Happen Often. Live Rates Are Changed Instantly. You Can Use Their Intraday/eod Chart With Some Of Technical Indicators. The Main Feature Of Sharekhan Is Their T-pin Enabled Phone Trading Facility.

Open a/c with "Ventura Securities Ltd." Their application based system is lightening fast.
