one can play with any well defined rules...every thing works ..but how and when you apply is most important issue...develp a plan and trade the chart according to that plan.

rule is simple ...learn to trade chart ...according to a well defined plan.

which software is good ....well. if you are new ..then try ..amibroker..or fibotrader.

I guess you would have read Saint's thread - "Teach a man to fish....". You can see lots of sample charts posted by him, in the later part of the thread, where he had used these pivot theory for day trading.
