In the results comparison page you get the results posted by the company for the last 5 quarters. In the nse homepage select corporates>corporate information, then enter the srip code and select the results comparison radio button and click search.

Thanks.
Yes this can be done. I need to do little bit of coding for the same and also need some converter as well. I am very much busy in this week and probably will be able to check this after the weekend. |

Thank you for your willingness to try this out.
Just for your information...I presently do it manually,I use the FREE DOWNLOAD MANAGER software (downloaded from tech2.com) feed it with hundreds of URLs created by suffixing different scripcodes. That takes care of the download job. Then I view the pages one by one, and copy the EPS column to a excel worksheet and use the data to create earnings chart... As you know this takes a lot of time...But so far I dont know of any other data source which gives quarter to quarter earnings data except the BUSINESS STANDARD newspaper on wednesday..... regards.... santo... |

santo,
Please let me know what all things you need in the csv file? I can progress then... also I need the following things: 1. The list of all stocks (200+) 2. The format you need. Do you need only the EPS ? Or all the other parameters? The best thing would be if you can send me a sample csv file with 2 stock's data manually appended... you can send me the file at: sabyasm at ***** dot com regards, sabya~ |
