If any of you like Peter Lynch, & his Value investing, he recomends highly websites of NAIC & similar Value Line
http://www.valueline.com/ (Better Investing) http://www.better-investing.org in his book "Beating the Street" They claim to best the Index over long term based on Fundamentals. There are plenty of Analysis on Technicals but not many on Fundamentals. However I came across a website http://www.intuitecsoftware.com marketing Fundamental Analysis software for only $ 70/-. The 10 Year of Fundamental data can be imported from SSG file which is a text file & can be opened by text file. Also there is another website which reads SSG files from Excel. http://www.douglasgerlach.com Does it really makes sense to pick "WHICH" Stocks by fundamental Analysis & "WHEN" to Buy/Sell using Technicals? Good luck |

Your suggestion above makes a lot of sense. The only problem is to find the required data. Screening software for technicals seem to be readily available whereas both data and software for screening for fundamentals seem to be difficult to get. Would be grateful for pointers on how to do this as your approach seems very sound. Thanks, Mohan |
