Hi all... i saw this frm Stocks and commodities book.... i saw an add where they say that there is a software named ABLESYS for forex which recommends whether 2 buy /sell a share for intraday... using an algorithm...

why dont u see if u can transfer ascii data in easctrend? as far as i know it only takes esignal data and csi format data...not computrac/metastock. in case u cant transfer, this will be useless for u.

black boxes? will not get you very far, there are free one's like best charts which will not only give you automated buy/sell signals coded by the developer but you can also back test the software on any asset using the same algorithm

Ablesys is nonsense. All decent algorithms work when the markets are trending - either bullish or bearish.
i
You will get whipsawed and stopped out when the markets move sideways.

If I were a system developer, why would I sell a software that would make me tons of money to other people ?

Successful traders never sell or share their "edge".
