In the scrip import option select the folder path where all the files are stored in csv format and make use of the wild card. If the folder is not fat in size, your work will be done. Earlier, some 3-4 months back I use to import around 900+ files having data for more than 2 years for each scripo. Now the folder size has gone up with 1100+ scrips and may be becasue of that sysmtem (PC) comes to halt and restarts automatically.
Alternatively, give the folder path name from where you want to import the data and then make use of the wild card like c"\....\A*.CSV and so on. Save each of the template and then import the data for all the scrips starting with corresponding alphabet
