problems with TTADVANCE

I have recently opened an account with Indiainfoline(5paisa) and they told me to use their TTADVANCE software ....But this is what i see when i double click to see the charts ...........(image has been attached)...i.e. nothing just a blank black window with a line on it ......the sam problem is with almost all the scripts...

I am using windows 7 ultimate edition ....could this be a problem ...any one else with the same problem????

ttadvance very bad software. it hangs and irritates you. sometimes it shows wrong prices and volumes. I am also facing and planning to go to some other software

It used to be one of the best at one ponit of time, but slowly losing its sanctity - may be some technical problems at their end. How is TradeTiger of Sharekhan, i am told that's also a good s/w.

I m also using TTAdvance with win7 ultimate ..no problems with charts etc...but of late it hangs 3-4 times daily..may be because of 1 GB RAM..I have to increase RAM..i guess..

I am using TT Adv. I ain't facing any problem with it. Charts ain't freezing unless or until problem with my net connection. Is it matter with RAM when its issue with freezing price/charts.

I am using TTADV with amibroker and RTDATA IBCENTRAL ...so 1GB RAM is insufficient for so many programs thats why it hangs..i guess..now have to use odin diet too...

This happens mostly due to an unstable network connection, specially if your ISP has a congested network' Try with a different ISP before anything else.

Can i know how to use TTAdv to feed Amibroker ?
I have both amibroker and ttadv installed, but dont know how to make Amibrker to use TTAdv as datafeed...
Can you eloborate the steps so that it will be useful for everyone also.
