Generic Host Process for Win32 problem

I get a message "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close", frequently while using internet and then I have to shutdown and start the system again to continue the net.

Please help me to rectify it.

ok..the same problem was being raised few months back ....

download the hotfix(as per yr windows version from the below link.....)

i dont think so u need to install sp3 to get rid of this....hotfix alone should

Hi to all,the one and only solution. first go to CONTROL PANNEL then go to AUTOUPDATE and TURN OFF it.Secondly make backup of all your data,then FORMAT your PC. Since most of us are using pirated WINDOWS XP THAT IS WHY THIS PROBLEM OCCUR.

Never and NEVER say YES if any AUTOUPDATE windows comes if u r using pirated____________________________
