cannot OPen My Trading Terminal

Hii,

I am A share khanUser, I can not Start my sharekhan trading terminal, Ive installed JAVA, Flashplayer amd MVM,
But Still Iam unable to open,

I get the Background screen and i get the error on the progressbar saying failed to open JAVA applet.

using XP with SP-2

please Help!

r u trying from site or software provided by them?

better consult customer service.....please note there are two java version one is from microsoft jvm and the other one is sun companys java.

one thing is sure ...problem with java jvm ....which one your application required from above two is only sherkhan people can tell.

also know anyfurther releases to be installed

Do you have any firewall running on your system at the time of login ?? if so disable it and then try.

JVM is required here.
santosh,u have to download Microsft JVM.Sharekhan is providing this for free.Go to sharekhan's site,open fast trade,there u will get instructions on what to do with the settings of ur computer and also the link to download JVM.Don't forget to disable Sun Java,as it is instructed there.

I am using XP with SP-2
i cannot open my odin software , after giving user id & password just after the log in a message is flashing saying that odin has encountered a problem it should closed . error survmgr.dll

please Help!

delete c:\odin or move it somewhere. Reinstall Odin software. If the problem persists, check with a different computer (a friends) to find out whether your OS is corrupt/infected with viruses/malwares.
