CNCE Forward trading: Market Ended Higher
02/02/08 COTTONCHINA 6040 tons were concluded on CNCE??s e-market, 860 tons less than the previous session. All cotton traded today were Type 229, open interests increased 660 tons and cumulative open interests totaled 80120 tons. Market opened lower but settled higher. Volume kept reducing and open interests increased. Most of MA contracts settled slightly higher except nearby contract. MA0802 lost by 13 yuan to 14172 yuan and MA0804 gained by 13 yuan to 14486 yuan

CNCE Forward trading: Cotton Market Strong
02/03/08 COTTONCHINA 7780 tons were concluded on CNCE??s e-market, 1740 tons more than the previous session. All cotton traded today were Type 229, open interests increased 920 tons and cumulative open interests totaled 81040 tons. Market opened higher then moved to lower, price gained before session ended. Both volume and open interests increased. All MA contracts settled higher especially the forward contracts. MA0802 gained by 11 yuan to 14183 and MA0804 gained by 46 yuan to 14532.
