BSE Training Institute at Mumbai conducts its derivatives course which includes both Futures and Options taught by separate faculty. It is a good course ,I had done it when derivatives were being introduced in India by NSE and BSE and found it very useful. It is a beginners course, it wont teach complex options strategies etc.

Thanks Bunti, DSM, Manish, Raj, GMT, OMSAI, Smart Trade & Dan..!!

Thank you all for your response.

I am following Traderji and have gone through many of the threads suggested by Bunti.

I am fan of Dan, Raj, SM & GMT.

The thing is, I work full time in IT, so could not spend much time during market hours. I wanted to learn option trading for side income.

Let me try and go through the ideas suggested by you all again.

Hardik : What OMSAI (and all others would too) is trying to indicate is dt Options trading requires good amount of expertise. Since you are new to trading, its better to avoid F&O and start with stocks for now. After sometimes (4-6 months) if you see yourself making consistent profit in stocks.. you can move to futures. These two almost work similar but Options is totally different.. there are lots of technicality involved if you are doing swings and requires good money management and trade management.

But again.. choice is all yours.. I can't stop you from doing what you wish to. I just felt like sharing this. Hope I made sense :)
