You can check out Indian Institute of Capital Markets in Navi Mumbai and the BSE Training Institute promoted by the Bombay Stock Exchange. These institutes offer good courses in various areas pertaining to financial and commodity markets.

yes.
on condition of keeping my identity unknown. u r really interested. ... on phone later on person...if u have long term trade career plan as time permit.... ........ u have to tell what actually u want to learn ? ...2nd alternative ...what i want to teach u .....brief on course of trading ....................................... i] day trade...it normally i guide to dealer ii] short term...normally rm and interested in trading.. iii]position trade..those who understand investment.. concept of loss..and risk management. .... basic idea of fundamental extensive idea on psychology and contrarian thinking ta in detail..based on software... which tools r useful ? ...... u have to believe in trade philosophy...this is the RESTRICTION on u. ....no tips ...though case study ..will be done.. and tomorrows candidate ..will be scanned.. depending upon ur experience,...idea shall be syncronised. ..btw below 6 month i dont think any thing can learn and apply. charge...its nil[as a middleclass i earn sufficient to run my family] from my side...u may have to spend on software/book/writing note and on phonecall

stoxtrend and viratech are both based in Kolkata and they carry on ta training. i don't know about the quality of training by stoxtrend; but i know about viratech. the quality is good. of course there is BLB institute in Kolkata. but they have started newly. therefore i don't know about their quality.
