In this graph, the yellow line plots the best solution found so far, and the
red line marks the average solution in the “population.” This finds solutions
by breeding and keeping in memory a whole population of possible solution
“organisms”, the convergence of these two lines indicates that the average
of the whole & we sell becoz the Longs are averaged here.

Hi all,
I am back. Watching the progression of this thread and reading all posts took quite some time. This game can go on and on and on....

I feel ( totally my personal opinion) that this forum is full of googlers and copy-pasters ( I am not aiming at anyone personally although in my opinion the more anyone writes about indicators, algorithms, system testing etc the more failure as a trader he is). Everybody here seems to be a guru in his own right with all sorts of arcane fundas. And the search for a trader who makes his living out of the markets continue...

Let us open a thread in which we will have some universally respected moderators..
All so called gurus of this forum ( the shouting kind, the "i am simple" kind etc etc) will post in this thread everyday giving one single trade for that day. The trade has to be a daytrade with entry, SL and target. All other simpletons like me and others will also participate. The thread will close at 11AM ( or any other time as suggested by majority) sharp and no posts can be deleted. Let us continue this for a month.
Results - Will be there for everyone to see. The members of this forum will get free trades. The winner ( highest points) will analyze his trade everyday in the evening discussing the technical method or parameter he/she used to find the trade. In this way we can learn something also.

This will make doodh ka doodh, pani ka pani..

Are all "paper traders".. uhhh sorry "forum tigers" up to the challange??

WoW again!

Now I can leave my reading of the markets. All I need to do is start following this thread !

I hope none of my clients come to know about this thread

Then poor me would be out of work

After all, I do have to finance the losses I make in the markets by selling my advisory services

Now who here denies the fact that Mr.Asish didn't google for genetic algorithm? Does he deny it himself? Had you utlized half your spamming capabilities in reasoning, you would have found out that his post was to bring posters back into the subject matter of the forum, instead of wasting time debating on weed crap topics. The obvious is again overlooked.

Perfectly said. The best way to trade is to chew pan masala, pay for dubious advisory services (hey, I'm not specifying anyone...am I?) with a strong uncertain outcome and go by the hypothesis that "buying stocks above a 8.2176 min simple moving average in a 5min chart" will lead them to salvation. Oh and not to forget, computers are only for games, and internet is to watch porn. Science is something that leads us into darkness. However it is alright when we buy a computer coded trading system from a particular advisory service (I'm just being general, I'm not being specific...am I?). Wah, what logic!

First of all, why in your weirdest of ideas do you believe this is a tips forum? Secondly, do you believe everyone here is an intraday trader, and has no other work such as the owner of a particular service (I'm just being general, not indicating any body specifically)? Do you actually think traders will be willing to let go of their trading strategy? Are you aware how long people spend on developing one and the effort required to build one? Do you think it is as simple as copying the work of Mr.Tushar Chande and putting a chandelier stop with it like some people do(nothing specific, just being general like you)? And finally, in case you haven't noticed, there are already several threads which deal with daily intraday and positional trades of people. Some examples:
http://www.traderji.com/equities/189...ty-7300-a.html
http://www.traderji.com/equities/100...close-eye.html
Methods of few are open and the others aren't.

So now if you stop your gibberish and go concentrate on spamming other forums as you always do, you'll save us a great deal of energy, and you'll also get more sheeps to strip. Adios.

Dear oxus,
What is the moral of your long post?? That you are not game? paper tiger once again :-)

I know this is not a tips forum.. And as Ratan rightly has his reservations about someone using these tips as advisory, I suggest something different

Let's do this game of tips for 5 days only. And let's see the outcome. Nobody has to disclose any of his technique, just post the trade ....

Do I have any takers?? Or do I see a lot of paper tigers shying away after making righteous noises ?

Do you guys actually put your money where your mouth is? Or is it all hot air?

Come on guys, I am asking you to a trading challenge, accept it. Or you guys actually don't trade, just blow a lot of hot air

I initially thought you couldn't observe. Now I realize you can't even read properly. Go through my post and you'll find the answer to your question.

There was a trading challenge laid before once:
http://www.traderji.com/equities/138...tml#post134430
I accepted it then because it was Amitt, a respectable gentleman and a worthy man in his own right, who proposed it and the purpose was solid. However, I do not have a policy of negotiating with boogs and spammers.

Inspite of my repeated attempt i find this Thread is going nowhere except mudslingings.

Now even a challenge is thrown to Prove who is a Better trader than the others. These type of 'Flaming' is not common in Our forum. The basic decorum is being at stake.
Plz refrain from doing this continuously.

Anybody who is offering his Service for the benifit of our Boarders can Start a seperate Thread to share his / her views everyday on mkt. & the members will be able to judge his /her abilities.I myself is always open to Learn & share Live-On-Mkt.

I once again request to STOP this Flaming once for all & move on to something constructive so many of our members can benifit.
