Hi Friends,
We have Discussed more on theoratical aspects of money management and risk management. Now we will discuss our own systems My Risk managent system for commodity trading is as follows Commodities 1) System Trading • Total Agri commodities – 4 times of the account balanc e • Total metals – 3 times of the account balance • Total Commodities lie with in a group 3 times of the account balance (Group means Spices, Pulses etc - Spices will include Chilly, pepper cardamom jeera and turmeric) 2) Speculation trades • total three times of the account balance • If the signal is controvarcy at the time of entering then check out for signal change for two days, then close half position. • If there is a signal change controversial after we enter a trade then half the position should be exited and checked for a signal change • If a trade is entered then exited, then speculatinary trading should not be done for next 6 working days in any groups. (to avoid over speculation... Too much Speculation slowly turns to gambling without our knowledge) Last edited by SwamiNathan; 2nd December 2006 at 08:49 PM. |
