The best time-frame for a trader is the time-frame where one is able to make money.

However when it comes to trading ( and 99% of mkt participants are traders no matter what they call themselves) I would stick to the opinion that the best time frame is where one is able to make money.

where u do not lose your sleep, tear your hair, bite ur nails, are not on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Applies to the right size of trade too - basically it depends on what Y are comfortale with.
