The best time to invest is when you have money. This is because history suggests it is not timing which matters, it is time.John Templeton
However when it comes to trading ( and 99% of mkt participants are traders no matter what they call themselves) I would stick to the opinion that the best time frame is where one is able to make money. CV

where u do not lose your sleep, tear your hair, bite ur nails, are not on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Applies to the right size of trade too - basically it depends on what Y are comfortale with.
