HI DEAR FOLKS!
HERE IS THE TRADING METHOD THAT I GEN. USE FOR DAY TRADING . ONE SHOULD FOLLOW STRICT DISCIPLINE AND STRONG WILL POWER TO ADHARE T0 METHOD TO GET MAX. GAIN. I GEN. SELECT THE STOCK BETWEEN PRICE RANGE OF RS. 25 UPTO 100. I’ M COMFERTABLE WITH A LOT OF 500 STOCKS. CLOSING PRICE OF THE STOCK SHOULD BE ATLEAST 4% UP FOLLOWED BY EQUALLY HIGH VOLUME . STOCK SHOULD OPEN WITH ATLEAST 1% GAP. IF THE PRICE REMAINS STABLE OR ON VERGE OF MOVING UP AFTER SOMETIME THEN ONLY INITIATE BUY ORDER. I PREFER TO KEEP 1.85% STOP ORDER. LET’S ASSUME THE BUY PRICE IS RS.55.AND STOP ORDER IS RS. 54. T1 AT 2%(56.10). T2 AT 4% (57.20). AFTER 15 MINIUTES. 1)GOES BELOW 1% : IMMEDIATELY CUT THE POSITION AT MARKET RATE. 2)GOES ABOVE 1%: SHIFT THE STOP BY 1%( i.e. @ 54.55). 3)REMAIN STABLE OR GOING TOWARDS –VE SIDE BUT NOT BELOW 1% THEN ALLOW WATCH FOR ANOTHER 15 MINIUTES. IF ITS STILL REMAINS THERE THEN CUT THE POSITION AT MARKET PRICE. 4)IF MOVES UP BY 2%: BOOK PROFIT IN ½ LOT.MOVE STOP BY 2%(@55.10i.e BREAK EVEN.). 5)MONITOR THE POSITION AFTER EVERY 15 MINIUTES BY APPLYING ABOVE MENTIONED PARAMETERS. THUS a) 54.00 (S.L.) 55.00 ( PURCHASE PRICE) b) 54.55.(S.L.) 55.55 (1%) c) 55.10.(S.L.) 56.10 (2% BOOK PROFIT IN 50%) d) 55.55.(S.L) 56.65 ( 3%) e) 55.55 (S.L.) 57.20 ( 4% BOOK FULL PROFIT). that provide automatic trading on stockmarket that place entry and exit order automatically based on selected period moving average?
