Then we will be out of that trade again. No point in forgetting a scrip for one hour if a trade goes wrong.Intraday is just not like that dear. One has to accept the power of Market, and turn his trade from long to short as quickly his system identifies that Market is turning downside. This is not difficult, but hard to implement.Daytrading becomes difficult because people don't understand this force of Market,in buying or selling, and accept it and act in the direction of the 'winners'.Identify the winner of that time, and place ur trade with the winners. These winners can take turns from long to short or vice versa in every hour.So why not accepting that ur sustem has not identified the winners rightly or what they are going to do,or doing now, inspite of forgetting?

it broken stop....... u created a trade in other direction and after 2-3 points.....if it turned again.....??
Who is saying that if a stop is hit, market is turning? Market makers can eat ur stop and continue to carry on in the earlier direction, but ur system should be smart enough to identify it.So the scenario here will be:u were long, stopped out;now recognise that market winners are not changing/turning,going strong as earlier,so enter long again, with a new stop.
One more thing.A stop should be based on a calculation, which signifies that if price reaches that level, the winners are changing themselves from previous positions. So that it just not remain a percentage stop.Market doesn't act with our percentage calculations,it has valid signs for changing sides, most of the time.

Friend,it takes many days (nights actually),may be years,to figure out those questions' answers. To earn a 5 figure profit everyday from markets by day trading,in days after days, not in just one trade, but consistent earning from markets, require a great deal of understanding of market movements. It is not that much simplistic like a 5 minute low or a week's low.Try hard.Read.Concentrate immensely.PRAY TO GOD.Then u also can understand that.Market will not remain a secret then. But it will take some time and practice and reading. And the intrinsic high quality real time data.

oilman.....can we have ur few sentences of experiences of psychic changes when ur stop is hit and market continues in the earlier direction? I mean from ur years of market trading, how difficult it is for a swing trader's perspective (I know u r not a day trader),to tackle a loss of 50k or 40k and then see it reaching ur targets after that, psychologically?
