ispat industries

I had 2500 shares of Ispat industries @21 ,then this was delisted ,and when it reopened there were only 1500 shares left in my bag with 1000 deb.shares
Now it is moving around Rs11.
Kindly suggest what is the future of this share
and whether I should hold it or quit from it at this stage.
