Dear shashi,
Closing basis means in positional call wait until stock price go down below suggested SL levels on closing basis. It means when price closing below SL it means SL triggered in given recommendation.

Do not put SL like intraday in positional trade bcoz price may be go down below SL level in a day but at the end of the day it may be above SL level then you are making loss in this trade.

If price close below SL level it means bears are taking charge in this stock and chances are more for price to go down.

Stock is above its 200 days EMA. Stock is consolidating from past 11 trading sessions and finally gave breakout on daily chart.
As per MACD indicator there is a bullish divergence which suggest to buy this stock.
