Positional Trade using fundamental analysis

Dear All

I have questions regarding position trading using fundamental analysis.
The funadmental data is not like the technical data and changes from quarter to quarter.

I know a person who is doing position trading using fundamental analysis for the last 20 years.(of course he does not reveal his methods).

I am curious to learn how to do that.All suggestions are welcome.
