Aah..I see. Basically the third point mentioned by me is wrong. Initial positoin can be taken if daily crosses pevious high, provided weekly has already formed Higher Low. In this case the previous high on daily on 30-Apr at 36.5 ( at NSE). Giving 1 % romm makes it 37, which was not crossed. Stupid me  when we say crossing over previous mark, do we have to consider i) Closing price higher ii) Any point during the day/week taking over the previous high/mark iii) If it opens with Gap-up ? All the indices are in major (long-term) downtrends, The long-term downtrend will end if the Sensex closes above its last intermediate top.
