I started my trading from Forex (spot) and, therefore, sometimes I am prone to missing out on the volume indicator. However, I would really like to wait and see or take small targeted trades, till the time that the H&S is busted. I don't think that it should be ignored. Just a thought.

Have a look at the chart attached. the stock is entering an area of resistance. The things that are working for the stock is that it has broken the downtrend and also trading above 25 and 50 day moving average.
I would only buy if this area of resistance is being taken over. In fact i would short the stock in this area of resistance and then only if the resistance is broken (around 50) switch my position from short to long. Sachin Last edited by sachin_jain3; 19th May 2008 at 12:53 PM.

As i had indicated earlier that the stock is reaching an area of resistance. The stock couldnt overcome the resistance of 50 and has retraced back to 41 after hitting a high of 46. see the chart attached.
