Change all of your passwords from bank site only not from anywhere else. Change your registered mobile number and email id giving a request in the branch. Run a good anti spyware in your system. Change your ATM pins. Like everything netbanking also has some pros and cons but if you are cautious enough you can handle them

I think most of the banks do not require OTP for certain amount.
You can try browser which offers Banking & Online Protection or may be antivirus which is offering it. Login through that browser and then change the passwords for your account.

May be thats why they are trying with few hundred rupees?
But whats the use when they will again need OTP if they want too go for bigger amounts, which as it is I am not going to keep in this account anyway?

If small amount is debited from your account, do you receive sms ?
If not then you wont come to know if small amounts are getting debited from your account on regular basis until you check your bank statement.

Also, write to SBI's customer care about it. At least get the complaint registered, it will help your case if something serious happens.
yes, I gave a written complaint about it to my SBI Branch and also have taken acknowledgment from them. Initially he was not ready to give acknowledgement, but i insisted and he had to sign it .
Same thing happened when I deposited the gold with them for the gold loan. The officer was not ready to sign the receipt they give detailing the gold ornaments I kept with them. I said to him, you want us to sign each and every paper we give to you, like the copy of Pan card or Aadhar. Then why dont you guys sign this paper when the officers designation is mentioned on this reciept for him to sign? So he signed, though reluctantly. He was saying nobody asks us to sign this.

A word of caution, many ppl store all their sensitive details in a txt file (txt doc xls) etc
If you have such files, do use stronger methods to protect them, and best way is to go old school and use pen/paper.

A better method to store such details digitally is not store all the data visually correct. Scramble it, or omit certain parts etc
If you have ten passwords, let them all begin with first 4 char etc as abcd and that part need not be stored on the file.

Use these kind of simple methods which are very effective and way stronger then a password protected file.

There may be data logging bugs on your computer which someone might be accessing. If you are changing your passwords, make sure you do that on some other computer first. Then format your drives.

Why dont you check your bank statement and see if these are transfers to a third party or if it is deducted by SBI???
