what I do in nifty option

I lose 2 lakh in nifty option from last 3 year with different-different strategy and paid tips. last 10k left. anybody help me. What I do now. :(

First of all don't even think about recovering the lost money, you will only loose more. Put whatever is left in FD with a bank and forget about stock market for 3 months (just to come over your feelings)

If you want to continue after 3 months, then forget all the tips and start learning TA... BUT only learning.. don't trade again for next 6 months at least !!
