selling high probability Iron condors.

Hello experts,

I would like to know if it is possible to sell iron condors and make a decent profit say around 2 % monthly...?
If so what are the things to be considered...?

How do we handle delta and time decay in this?
Whats is the effect if IV and OI?

What are the possible adjustments that can be done when the market is moving in one direction?


Are there any good articles or books to refer?
