Trading in US Markets from India

You can open a account with any broker. The easiest is to open a account with markets.com and you can get access to stocks globally. For a demo account they charge $100 , which you get as margin. Its easy u can open a account rightaway free of cost to see the interface and see how the spreads are. Although, i am not sure how legal that is . I recently opened a account with them to see the interface but have not transferred $100 as i am not sure how legal is that from INdia. Markets.com guys were sure its legal.
