Enabled contracts

Is it possible that enabled contracts for icicidirect will be different from enabled contracts in kotak securities or for that matter any 2 brokering houses? I read something on this and want to know which is the best brokerage house with maximum enabled contracts.

Also one more query, can I buy and sell same futures contract and settle on different dates?
