Dear Friends,

Can anyone help me with " Stock Option Pricing". How is it calculated and how can one trade it.

Kindly tell me where I can find any material to study about stock option pricing,
i.e For example, Yes Bank 500 CE is 1.25 and I am expecting the underlying pricing which is currently at 462 to go to 500.

How will the option price react when the stock moves up. Kindly explain and also where can I find study material on this.

i m also studying option trade continue still not grasped what are points should i care ?material are huge for study. read thread of Danpickup,columbus,linkon,timepass,jamit bros

This is the link for option calculator in Chicago Board of Options Exchange website to calculate option pricing...
For info on options you can visit NSE website...where you can find good information in NCFM study materials in pdf formats...

Thanks for the reply. I want to understand about stock option pricing in detail & how one can trade. Do you know anybody who is trading actively in stock options. If so, kindly inform me, so that we can follow & understand very easily the various nuances easily

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for the reply. I have downloaded the pdf & studying it. The thing is that the material is more theoretical. I want to understand the practical aspect of trading stock options. If you can get any strategies or any materials, kindly let me know.
