Hi Sridhga, once you see good rate, just square-off at the earliest. Because of time-delay, the more long you keep, the chances of loosing value are higher.
Did you noticed price change, it is now 209.75, you are loosing around 37.25 per option. Check rate first thing in morning, and try to EXIT at the earliest to minimize further loss. Holding naked options over-night are risky business.
Any position that is not hedged from the market is called a Naked position... Suppose u buy a Cal of XYZ in anticipation of the stock going up and it goes the other way than u have no protection... Hence the naked call
