How to use EOD Options data in Amibroker for trend determination?

Hello

Can someone please mention how to use EOD options in Amibroker. Near month has -I mentioned (next mont : -II; far month-III)?
Also, the next and far month are not moving much till the current rollover starts (towards the end of the current expiry)....
And, MA/EMA also would not help....:confused:

Same query for Futures also......:confused:
