Open interest and Price action as Indicator

#1
Hi all,
I am beginner in option trading. While searching Internet for good trend indicator I've come up with following observation:-

1. If Option Price is falling and OI increasing then it is a case of fresh selling/writing and market is Bearish.

2. If the Option Price is rising and OI is increasing then it is case of fresh buying and indicate Bullishness.

3. If the option Price is falling and OI is decreasing then it is a case of Buyer squaring off their position. It is a case of profit booking or Bearish market.

4. If option price is rising and OI decreases then it is a case of seller squaring off their position, i.e profit booking or Bullish market.

I'd like to ask learned member of Traderji.com if above observation is correct or wrong. In case if you think that above observation is incorrect I request you to suggest suitable indicator based on Option price and OI.
