option spread question

Hello every one ...

Below will be considered a bull spread or bear spread ?

buy NIFTY 5300 Call (CMP 109.65)
buy NIFTY 5100 Put (CMP 36.7)

n what about ?
buy 5300 Put
buy 5100 call

if u got a good spread with just buying of options then please share ...
i dont want to sell a option since it requires higher margin..

Buying a call is bull strategy,
Buying a put is bear strategy,

Wat u have posted is neutral strategy, which ll work if market makes a large move on either side.

Buy 5300 call
Buy 5100 put

This strategy is called long strangle.

The other one is long guts .

Both are delta neutral strategy...

so if want to go for a bull strategy then,

buy lower call
sell higher call, is it ?

I have heard selling a option is a bad idea, is it true ?

How much investment is usually needed in selling and buying options? What is margin? How does it work?
