I wish to know if an ITM option is not squared off till expiry, wat is the penalty levied by SEBI
Example..
5400 CE bought at Rs 85
NIFTY SPOT averaged at 5490.
My calculation says tht we should get Rs. 5 as CASh settlement.. (i wish to know if SEBI levies any penalty for not squaring off the CE)
And if there is a penalty, wat is the way we can calculate it??
