Is it possible 2% consistent returns?

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for the strategies which can give consistent returns of 2 to 3% per month by using either Futures/Options. I know that share market is not a standard mathematics and more like probability. I hope it may not be impossible, but couldn't find if any exist. Please share your thoughts if there are any strategies which can give that much returns per month. Is it possible if we combine futures and options strategies?

Thanks for your response. Are arbiterage and call put parity completely risk-free strategies? Please please add some more details or suggest soem sites for learning these.
