You can sell the options at any price without bothering about the strike price and the underlying.

You need to worry about the strike price only if you have purchased the options with the intent of exercising it.

Also remember that if the options are exercised on expiry, you will have to pay a good amount of Security Transaction Tax. Search the options forum for more info. It may happen that upon being exercised the profit may be only Rs. 100, but STT can amount to Rs. 600 or so because of the way it is computed.

And how much time did you really save by writing such 'sot kutz'??

Remember, you're not SMSing here. You're writing on a public board. Writing is a skill. Which also reflects much of your personality.

Atleast have some respect for the person who has taken time to reply in full words.

When you were buying the Call Option of Strike Price 5300 somebody was selling it, i.e. he was "allowed" to Sell it ... right.... so when you wish to sell the Call Option Bought by you, you can!!! Where is the confusion friend!!!???

I don't see anything wrong in it. He ain't here to impress us with his writing skills but clarifying his doubts. If he finds comfortable writing in the way he writes, let him do. Everybody here from mods to newbie using short form, including you.

Why are you scaring this little boy "TRADER BOY". He is just a day old in this forum. I ain't find anything hard to understand in his post. And I hope you understood his writing as well. Are you gonna comment his personality based on his writing or what???

He ain't disrespect anyone and ain't mean to. I don't know why you perceive things so complicated for his choice of words. Don't take it as I am getting into an argument. I don't like to. Be cool

Hi Nac,

Its not about disrespect, lack of skill, etc.

It more about being easy to help. Frankly, I do not understand those short-codes except for 'Plz', 'thnx', etc.

If people want to be helped by others, they should make it easy for others to help them, and not make them do "extra" work of decoding their cryptic sms style.

People who are willing to 'hlp' are also put off by such things.

Are you running for some Presidential post? Then why are you seeking 'support'?

I thought you were more interested in seeking help than consensus over something which is obviously inappropriate.
