Is Brokerage charged on Options Expiry

Hi,
I would like to know if brokerage is charged on expiry of Nifty contract.

I had bought 20 lots of nifty 5300 PE. And as yesterday was expiry of the contract I did not sell it. But
I am charged for brokerage on Selling side. I am trading with R.K Global.

Earlier when I was trading with Religare I was not charged when Options expired.

as option was left 2 expire being buyer u have 2 pay 0.125% STT...

if it was OTM its intrinsic vaule would have been zero but in ur case it was ITM and was carrying some intrinsic vaule so charged ...
