help the newbie

Hi All,
I am completely new to option trading. I want to buy a call and put option of nifty. ( straddle???) I am with ICICIdirect. I have been through their demo for options ....... but i still cannot figure out how to do this. If there is any member who buys options from ICICIdirect can you please direct me ( step by step???).

What do you know about options trading?
Reads some books about it then trade.
Remember you can loose all your money in options trading.
