Hello,

How can I track OpenIntrest changes ?

I read in a post that there are -- " massive put writing across all strikes from 4600 to 5000"

How can we track these ? can some one guide me how I can use OI to read the trend ?

Thank You all for your valuable time.

Best Regards

Hi,
open interest changes are available in moneycontrol dot com. if the put open interest (4600-4800 ) are increasing and markets are moving up, it indicates bullish trend. which means option writers are selling the puts, expecting the markets not to fall below 46-4800.

Check nifty Options Chain on NSE website

Normally the ratio of OI in puts, calls is used to find out supports and resistances.
