SPAN margin requirement

Hi,

I have an account in RKGlobal for F&O segment. I wanted to execute this trade today - Buy one 4500 put, sell one 4400 put (both august). Since I am behind a firewall i am not able to use the web interface so i decided to call and trade. After many attempts they could not tell me the margin requirement and kept transferring my call from one number to another. I was thoroughly irritated at the end. Can somebody tell me what the margin requirement would be and where can i get this information on a realtime basis. Any help would be hugely appreciated

They told me the margin required for naked selling of 4400 put is 32K and that for bear-put spread as mentioned above is 22K. I do not think that is correct. I think the margin should be much less.
