If you are end of the day trader then the links given in this thread are the place to go by. As mentioned by ARMHM, you can filter the file for "No of Contract" > 500.
I have also found that only Reliance options have good liquidity on all days. For Intraday,
I refer to NSE site and look for most action stock options. This gives me any particular stock which is most active on that day and hence option volume is decent.
